Our company is located in the green part of Poland’s Warmian-Masurian region. This region is commonly called the land of 1000 lakes and many forests.

We are proud to announce that KAJ took first place in the “Sternik 2023: Towards the Future” competition in the Green Transformation category. Counting the fact that the company is located in such place of Poland, we are aware of responsibility we have on ourselves, as an environmentally friendly company. We would like to thank the competition chapter for noticing and appreciating our pro-environmental activities.

For many years, we have been working on various solutions in our manufacturing operations that reduce environmental impact, such as energy-efficient production lines, the use of electricity from photovoltaic panels, a new approach to the design of cosmetic and pharmaceutical packaging — lighter packaging, production from recycled materials, elimination of micro-plastics into the environment through Operation’s Clean Sweep program, work on new technologies to produce bio-plastics in the NENU2PHARE program, and other CSR activities that were verified and evaluated in the rating conducted by ECOVADIS for the 2022 silver medal.
